In order to reduce its environmental impact, INTEROR is committed to managing natural resources in a more responsible manner through various projects. Some of them are partly funded under the “France Relance” recovery plan.
INTEROR continuously invests for :
- Sustainable water management and a reduction of its water consumptions. In that respect, we are currently investigating new opportunities for using a rainwater collection system and for improving our wastewater treatment plant efficiency.
- A reduction of its energy consumptions using less energy-consuming equipment (e.g., more efficient cold units and air compressors).
- A better management system for recyclable waste :
- Reuse after distillation of solvents in its manufacturing syntheses.
- Using CIW containers which facilitate the sorting and the recovery of waste, especially for papers and cardboards.
- Recycling metal

- In addition, INTEROR has its own biological wastewater treatment plant compliant to current standards. That enables clean water to be released into the sea.
- Also INTEROR integrates at its site a holding pond system that prevents any pollution of its surrounding by avoiding any leakage of hazardous liquid into the environment.
